A Prayer of Thanksgiving

Father, it is in the name of Jesus Christ that I come before you with thanksgiving today. Thank you for being my Provider, Protector, Deliverer, and my Sustainer.

Every day is a day of thanksgiving, and today my mouth shall be filled with your praise and glory. I will bless you at all times, and your praises shall continually be in my mouth.

I will not stop giving you praise for who you are and your wonderful works.

This is the day that you have made, and I choose to rejoice and be glad in it.

I am thankful for your faithfulness and steadfast love towards me.

Thank you for continuing to provide for my essential needs during seasons of difficulty.

Thank you for caring for me like only you can.

In an unstable economy, I give you thanks. In the face of adversity, I give you thanks. In the midst of injustices, I give you thanks. No matter the circumstance, I will be thankful and continually give thanks to you, for this is your will for me in Christ Jesus.

Whatever your plans are for me, whether in word or deed, I will do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

You, Lord, are worthy of all praise, glory, and honor.
